欽文様永ニ 御在府中繁多之処
勤方細ニ心を尽し致辛労候ニ付為御
褒美銀子五枚被下置候事
一同年十二月御膳番相勤候ニ付御古御
小袖一被下置候
但此後年々両度ツヽ御召古之御品
被下置候事
一同月御上京ニ付而ハ江戸御上下之通御
膳番平番繰廻両人ツヽ御駕脇歩
行御供相勤候様被 仰出候事
一同十三子年四月 御在京中 御参
内を始所々 御《見せ消ち：延｜巡》見之毎度御供仕候事

欽文様御幼年ニ被為在候ニ付而ハ平日御
行状を始彼是辛労致引通不寝をも
相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀子二枚被下置候

欽文様此度御疱瘡御順痘ニ被為済
現代語訳
一同年八月
欽文様が永らく江戸在府中、多忙な中で
勤務ぶりを細やかに心を尽くして苦労したので、褒美として
銀子五枚を下賜された事
一同年十二月 御膳番を勤めたので古い御
小袖一着を下賜された
ただしこの後は年々二度ずつ古い御召物の品を
下賜される事
一同月 御上京にあたっては江戸での上下と同じく御
膳番平番を交代で二人ずつ駕籠脇を歩いて
御供を勤めるよう仰せ出された事
一同十三子年四月 京都滞在中 参
内をはじめとして各所への御巡見の度々に御供を仕った事
一同年十二月
欽文様が御幼年でいらっしゃるので、平日の御
行動をはじめとして何かと苦労し夜通し不寝番をも
勤めたので、褒美として銀子二枚を下賜された

欽文様がこの度疱瘡を無事に済まされ
英語訳
In the eighth month of the same year:
As Lord Kinbun had been permanently stationed in Edo府 for a long time during busy periods,
and had devoted himself meticulously to his duties with great effort, he was granted
five pieces of silver as a reward.
In the twelfth month of the same year: For serving as御膳番 (meal attendant), he was granted one old
kosode robe.
Note: From this time forward, he would be granted old garments
twice yearly.
In the same month: Regarding the journey to Kyoto, it was announced that just as in Edo, the meal attendants and regular attendants should take turns, with two people at a time walking alongside the palanquin
as part of the lord's retinue.
In the fourth month of the thirteenth year (Year of the Rat): During the stay in Kyoto, he served in the retinue
for visits to the Imperial Palace and various inspections of different locations on multiple occasions.
In the twelfth month of the same year:
As Lord Kinbun was still very young, he worked hard attending to his daily
activities and various matters, even serving night watch without sleep,
so he was granted two pieces of silver as a reward.
In the third month of the fourteenth year (Year of the Ox):
Lord Kinbun safely recovered from smallpox this time
