寿鳳院様御内々御鼻紙三束被

思召を以麻御上下壱具御紋之御小袖
一御袴一御単物壱被下置候事

欽文様江 貞鑑院様御縁組被
仰出御礼被 仰上候節御客様御給仕
致候ニ付着服代金壱両壱分被下置候事

欽文様御庖瘡中精出相勤致勤労
候ニ付為御褒美銀子二枚被下置候事
一同月御小性共近来風義相嗜慎方格
別之由被 聞召此後弥以風儀可相励

現代語訳
御酒湯を召し上がられたので、お祝いとして綿二把を下賜された
ただし右につき寿鳳院様から内々に御鼻紙三束を
下賜された事
一同月 古い御召物の品が御溜まりになっているので
思し召しにより麻の御上下一具、御紋の御小袖
一着、御袴一着、御単物一着を下賜された事
一同年四月
欽文様に貞鑑院様との御縁組が
仰せ出され、御礼を申し上げられた際に御客様への給仕を
したので、着服代として金一両一分を下賜された事
一同年六月
欽文様の御疱瘡中、精を出して勤め労苦を
したので、褒美として銀子二枚を下賜された事
一同月 御小性共が近頃風儀を慎み、心がけが格
別であると聞こし召され、この後ますます風儀に励むよう
仰せ出された事

He was granted two bundles of cotton as congratulations for partaking in celebratory sake and hot water bath

by special consideration he was granted one set of hemp kamishimo court dress, one kosode robe with family crest,
one hakama, and one hitoe single-layer garment

The betrothal between Lord Kinbun and Lady Teikanin
was announced, and when thanks were offered, he served the guests,
so he was granted one ryo and one bu in gold as clothing allowance
In the sixth month of the same year:
During Lord Kinbun's smallpox illness, he worked diligently with great effort,
so he was granted two pieces of silver as reward
In the same month: It was heard that the kosho (pages) had recently been careful about their conduct and their attitude was
exceptional, so it was announced that they should continue to strive even more in their deportment
