山丹（ヤマユリ） サイ 山丹ハ太古ノ名サイト云
古事記《割書：神｜武｜》曰其云フ佐韋（サイ）川ト由物者
拎其川邉山由理草ト多在故取山
由理草ヲ名ク号ニ佐韋川ノ也由理草
本名云佐韋ト云々尤別ニ姫百合ヲ載セ
タリ然トモ別種ナリ皆山丹ト名ツク

良姜（リヤウキヤウ） 為派ヲ杜若ト
房根良姜ト
有大小二種山姜ハ即
山生ノ者ヲ云
和漢三才圖會芳香草類芳香

竜田山丹
（ユリ）
異名分類抄に言う
山丹（ヤマユリ） サイ 山丹は太古の名前をサイと言う
古事記（神武）に言う、その言う佐韋（サイ）川とは
その川辺に山由理草が多く在ることから
山由理草を取って佐韋川の名前とした、由理草の
本名を佐韋と言う云々、特に別に姫百合を載せて
いるが別種である、皆山丹と名付ける
本草一家言に言う
良姜（リョウキョウ） 派を杜若とし
房根良姜とする
大小二種があり、山姜は即ち
山に生える者を言う
和漢三才図会芳香草類芳香
高良薑（リョウコウ） 蠻薑
（唐音） その子を紅豆蔲と名付ける
（カウ リャン キャン） 今は略して良薑と名付ける
本草綱目に言う
山薑（イヌハシカミ） 美草
（ハナウメカ）
本草綱目によると高良薑は
始めて高良郡に出て、今の高州
故に高良薑の名前を付けた、名前は考証可能
諸本草は良薑と山薑を載せて
二物とするが、これは一物であろうか、高良薑は
クマタケランで別に一物、その草丈は
四五尺に及ぶ

Imyō Bunruishō states:
Santan (Yama-yuri) Sai Santan's ancient name is called Sai
Kojiki (Jinmu) states: What is called the Sai River
got its name because yamayurigusa (mountain lilies) grow abundantly
along the riverbank, so they took the yamayurigusa
and named it Sai River. The original name of yurigusa
is called Sai, etc. Particularly, hime-hyakugō (princess lily) is listed
separately, but it is a different species. All are named santan.
Honzō Ikkagen states:
Ryōkyō (Galanga) Its variety is called kakitsubata
and bōkon-ryōkyō
There are two species, large and small; sankyō refers to
those that grow in the mountains
Wakan Sansai Zue, Aromatic Plants section:
Kōryō-kyō (Galanga) Bankyō
(Chinese pronunciation) Its seeds are called kōzuku
(Kao Liang Qiang) Now abbreviated as ryōkyō
Honzō Kōmoku states:
Sankyō (Inu-hashikami) Bikusa
(Hana-umeka)
According to Honzō Kōmoku, kōryō-kyō
first appeared in Kōryō County, present-day Kōshū
Hence the name kōryō-kyō; the name can be verified
Various pharmacopoeias list ryōkyō and sankyō as
two different things, but are they one thing? Kōryō-kyō is
kumatakeran, separately one thing; its grass height
reaches four to five shaku
