　　　　一腰懸にて臥候者有之者過料右同前事
　　　　一腰懸にて謡まひ小歌尺八吹候者有之者過料
　　　　　右同前事
　　　　右之条々堅可相守者也若於相背輩有之者可為
　　　　曲事者也

現代語訳

【右丁】
　　　　一　腰掛にて横になる者がいれば、過料は右同前のこと
　　　　一　腰掛にて謡、舞、小歌、尺八を吹く者がいれば、過料は
　　　　　右同前のこと
　　　　右の条々を堅く守るべきである。もし違反する輩がいれば
　　　　罰則の対象とする
