Seventy-nine villages within Ina District of Shinano Province
Seven villages within Chikuma District, with a yield of thirty
three thousand koku《side note: inventory available on separate sheet》. This grant is hereby completed. In accordance with the precedent of the Shōtoku era, this certificate of territorial lordship is issued as stated herein.
