しかるにこれより天上に太清宮（たいせいきう）太玄宮（たいけんきう）
太真宮（たいしんきう）なとゝてそのかみ世界（せかい）はしまりしその
いにしへよりこのかた長生不死（ちやうせいふし）の大 仙王（せんわう）天 帝（てい）
のみやこあり此うちにすみ給ふ天仙【天界の仙人。特に天上に住み雲中を飛行できる最高位の仙人。】 飛（ひ）仙【空中を飛ぶ仙人】の
ともからはるかに此山をみそなはしこれし
やう〳〵のれいち也とてあるひは溟海（めいかい）の波
をふむ事 陸地（ろくち）をゆくかことくあるひは蒼々（さう〳〵）
のうらをかける事鳥のとふかことくに天上
よりあまくたり此山にすみ給へは十方諸国
の仙人もみなこの山にゆきかよひてたのしみ

をきはむとかやかゝりけれは天仙飛仙の神力
によりて宮殿楼閣（くうてんろうかく）重々（ちう〳〵）にして七ほうを
ちりはめつゝをのつからしゆつしやうせり十
二のきよくろう【玉楼＝珠玉をちりばめた楼閣】九 重（ちう）の玄室（げんしつ）ひたりには
たまの池あり右にはみとりの泉（いつみ）あり池の
うちには五しきの魚（うを）ありそのほかになを
方壷員岱閬風玉圃（はうこいんたいらうふうきよくほ）とてくうてんのきを
ならへろうくわんたる木をきしれりまた
溟海（めいかい）の波のうちに大 蜃（しん）のはまくりありて

【右丁】
さらに、これより天上には太清宮、太玄宮、太真宮などといって、その昔世界が始まって以来、古来よりこの方、長生不死の大仙王・天帝の都がある。この中に住まわれる天仙・飛仙の仲間たちは、はるかにこの山をご覧になって、これは素晴らしい霊地であるとして、ある時は暗い海の波を踏むこと陸地を歩くがごとく、ある時は青い空を駆けること鳥が飛ぶがごとくに、天上より降り来たってこの山にお住みになった。そうすると十方諸国の仙人もみなこの山に行き来して楽しみを極めるとかいうことであった。

このようであったので、天仙・飛仙の神通力によって宮殿楼閣が幾重にも重なって建ち、七宝を散りばめて自然に出現した。十二の玉楼、九重の玄室があり、左には玉の池があり、右には翠の泉がある。池の中には五色の魚がおり、その他になお方壷・員岱・閬風・玉圃といって、空中の気を並べ、楼観たる木を植え連ねた。また暗い海の波の中に大きな蜃の蛤があって気を吐き、その気に従って五色の雲が空に

Furthermore, above in the heavens there are the Taiseikyu (Palace of Great Purity), Taikenkyu (Palace of Great Mystery), Taishinkyu (Palace of Great Truth), and so forth. Since the very beginning when the world first formed, from ancient times until now, there has existed the capital of the great Immortal Kings and Heavenly Emperors who possess eternal life and deathlessness. The celestial immortals and flying immortals who dwell within, gazing far upon this mountain, declared it to be a most wondrous sacred land. Sometimes treading upon the waves of the dark sea as if walking on land, sometimes racing across the blue sky as birds fly, they descended from the heavens to dwell upon this mountain. When this happened, immortals from all the nations of the ten directions also came and went to this mountain, seeking to attain the ultimate in pleasure.

Because of this, through the divine powers of the celestial and flying immortals, palace halls and tower pavilions appeared naturally in multiple layers, inlaid with the seven treasures. There were twelve jeweled towers and nine-layered mysterious chambers. To the left was a jade pool, and to the right was an emerald spring. In the pool were fish of five colors, and beyond that were places called Houko, Intai, Rofu, and Gyokuho, where celestial energies were arranged and magnificent trees were planted in rows. Also, in the waves of the dark sea there was a great shell-creature that exhaled vapors, and following those vapors, five-colored clouds formed in the sky...
