またひとつのうてなあり柏梁台（はくりやうたい）【「栢」は「柏」の俗字】と名付た
り高さ五丈の幢（はたほこ）のうへにしろかねの盤（ばん）あり
て天にむかふてさゝけたり秋の夕のしら露
を盤（はん）の中にうけとゝめて是を煉るに糖（あめ）となる
これをもちひて煉丹（れんたん）の君薬（くんやく）とせり又青霜（せいさう）
玄雪（けんせつ）とて雪霜まてもところから【所柄】に命を
のふるくすりとなる又ひとつのくうてんあり
七ほうをちりはめて二重に軒をかまへたり軒
の上に額（がく）あり長生殿（ちやうせいてん）とうちたり御殿（ごてん）のまへ
に門あり門の額（かく）にはふらうもんと書（かき）たりけり

殿のまへには白（はく）大 椿（ちん）をうへたりけり八千歳
を春とし八千歳を秋とすとしるしたるち
きりのふかきたとへにも八千世をこめし玉
つはきかはらぬ色とよみたりける哥の心も
これそかしかの長正生殿のうちには不老不死（ふらうふし）
のくすりありこれ天 帝（てい）のおさめたまひし
ところなりこかねのうてなの上に瑠璃（るり）の壷（つほ）
にいれ給ひまへにはもろ〳〵のはなをそなへ
常（つね）にめいかうをたきつゝ八人の天仙日夜に
はん【番】をつとむれは門には又十六人の鬼神（きじん）

また一つの楼閣があり、柏梁台（はくりょうたい）と名付けられている。高さ五丈の幢（旗竿）の上に銀の盤があって、天に向かって捧げられている。秋の夕べの白露を盤の中に受け止めて、これを煉ると糖（飴）となる。これを用いて煉丹の君薬とした。また青霜・玄雪といって、雪や霜までもその土地柄によって命を延ばす薬となる。また一つの宮殿があり、七宝を散りばめて二重に軒を構えている。軒の上に額があり「長生殿」と打たれている。御殿の前に門があり、門の額には「不老門」と書かれていた。

殿の前には白大椿を植えていた。八千歳を春とし八千歳を秋とすると記されている。契りの深い例えにも「八千世を込めし玉椿変わらぬ色」と詠まれた歌の心もこれであろう。かの長生殿の内には不老不死の薬がある。これは天帝がお納めになった所である。黄金の楼閣の上に瑠璃の壺に入れ給い、前には様々な花を供え、常に名香を焚きつつ、八人の天仙が日夜番を務めれば、門にはまた十六人の鬼神が

There is another pavilion called Hakuryōdai (Cypress Beam Terrace). On top of a banner pole five jō high, there is a silver plate offered toward heaven. The white dew of autumn evenings is collected in the plate, and when refined, it becomes sugar (candy). This is used as the principal medicine for alchemical elixirs. Also, there are things called blue frost and dark snow - even snow and frost become medicines that extend life according to the special qualities of this place. There is another palace decorated with the seven treasures and built with double-tiered eaves. Above the eaves is a plaque inscribed "Hall of Longevity." In front of the palace is a gate, and on the gate's plaque is written "Gate of Immortality."

In front of the hall, white great camellias were planted. It is recorded that eight thousand years make one spring and eight thousand years make one autumn. The heart of the poem that sings "the jewel camellia that contains eight thousand generations, unchanging in color" as a metaphor for deep bonds is surely this.
