ありてかたく是をまもるとかやこのくすりの
にほひあまねく四方にくんしつゝ雲路を
さしてさかのほれはそらに五色の雲たな
ひき天人つねにやうかう【影向】すこのくすりを
ふくすれはかたちはいつもわかやかによはひ
かたふくこともなくいのちもさらにかきりなし
されはもろこしの麻姑（まこ）といふ仙人はそのかみ
継母（けいほ）のさんけんによつて年十五と申せし時
父母の家をにけ出て山にこもりし女なりをの
つから仙術をさとりえてほうらい山にいた

より三百余さいの後 張重花（ちやうてうくは）といふ人に山中
にしてゆきあひつゝむかしのことをかたり

【右丁】
があって、これを堅く守っているということである。この薬の香りが広く四方に薫りながら、雲路を指して昇っていくと、空に五色の雲がたなびき、天人が常に降臨する。この薬を服用すれば、容姿はいつも若々しく、年を取ることもなく、命も全く限りがない。そのため中国の麻姑という仙人は、昔、継母の讒言によって年十五歳の時に、父母の家を逃げ出して山に籠った女である。自然に仙術を悟り得て蓬莱山に到った。

そして不老不死の薬を服用した。それから三百余歳の後、張重花という人に山中で出会って、昔のことを語ったが、その時の顔かたちは全く昔と変わらなかったということである。

She naturally came to understand the immortal arts and reached Mount Hōrai.
