　金壱両被下置候事
一同十一戌年九月御用所旧記方書物
　御雇御免被成候事
一同年十二月御用所書物当座御雇
　相勤候節出精候由ニ付金壱両被下置候事

現代語訳

金一両を下し置かれ候事

一、同十一年戌年九月、御用所旧記方書物の御雇いをお免めになされ候事

一、同年十二月、御用所書物当座の御雇いに相勤め候節、出精候由につき金一両を下し置かれ候事

精吾　《割書：文政五年午年十二月二十三日誕生》

First: Same 11th year, year of the dog [1814], 9th month - was dismissed from employment handling old records and documents at the administrative office

First: Same year, 12th month - for his diligent service during his employment for temporary document work at the administrative office, one ryō of gold was granted
