**十郎右衛門 泰公**（初名：源三郎、享保六丑年〔1721年〕七月誕生）

妻：成田多門尹清の娘
一、宝暦四戌年（1754年）二月、先に成田多門方へ養子となっていたところ、（見せ消ち：先｜兄）源之助が病死したため、父親の願い出の通り実家へ戻り、嫡子に仰せ付けられた。
一、同年閏二月、父親の願い出の通り江戸表へ罷り登り、初めてのお目見えを仰せ付けられた。
一、同年四月、跡式御知行六百石を相違なく下し置かれ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、日向源右衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、同年十月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、翌亥年（1755年）四月に罷り下った。
一、同年十一月、十郎右衛門と改名した。

Item: In the second month of the fourth year of Hōreki, the year of the Dog (1754), having previously been adopted into the household of Narita Tamon, [his elder brother] Gennosuke died of illness. In accordance with his father's petition, he was permitted to return to his birth family and was designated as the legitimate heir.
Item: In the intercalary second month of the same year, in accordance with his father's petition, he traveled up to Edo and was granted his first formal audience [with the lord].
Item: In the fourth month of the same year, he was granted the inherited stipend of 600 koku without any reduction, was assigned to the Tozama-gumi (outer retainer unit), placed under the command of Hyūga Gen'emon's unit, and took up duties as a castle guard.
Item: In the tenth month of the same year, he traveled up to Edo for rotational duty (kinban), and returned in the fourth month of the following year of the Boar (1755).
Item: In the eleventh month of the same year, he changed his name to Jūrōemon.
