現代語訳
仙洞様・女院様・宮様方、ならびに大坂城代・城番衆への御使いを勤めた。
一、同七年（延宝七年・未年）十月、会津へ妻子を引き越させたい旨を願い申し上げたところ、願いの通りに仰せ付けられ、妻子を連れて下ることとなった。しかし、まもなく江戸表へ上るよう仰せ付けられ、同月に江戸へ上った。
一、同八年（申年）九月、江戸にて御加増五十石を下し置かれ、同十月に御暇を下し置かれ、会津へ下った。
一、同十年【天和二年】（戌年）三月、将軍宣下の御祝儀として、御老中様方への御招請に付き、江戸表へ上るよう仰せ付けられ、上って右の御用を勤め、同十月に下った。
一、同年十二月、火消し御番を仰せ付けられたことにより、早速江戸表へ上るよう仰せ付けられ、上り、翌亥年（天和三年）四月に下った。

[Missions were carried out as messenger to] the Sentō Palace (retired emperor's residence), the In'yō-sama (the retired empress/imperial consort), the princes and princesses, as well as the Osaka Castle Deputy (城代) and the castle garrison officers.
One: In the seventh year of the same era (Enpō 7, the Year of the Goat), in the tenth month, he petitioned to bring his wife and children to Aizu. The petition was granted, and he brought his wife and children down to Aizu. However, he was soon ordered to return to Edo, and did so in the same month.
One: In the eighth year (the Year of the Monkey), in the ninth month, while in Edo, he was granted an increase in stipend of fifty koku. In the tenth month of the same year, he was granted leave and returned to Aizu.
One: In the tenth year of the same era [Tenna 2] (the Year of the Dog), in the third month, in celebration of the Shogun's investiture proclamation, and in connection with an invitation extended to the Senior Councillors (rōjū), he was ordered to go up to Edo to perform said duty. He did so and returned in the tenth month of the same year.
One: In the twelfth month of the same year, having been assigned to fire-watch duty, he was promptly ordered to go up to Edo. He did so, and returned in the fourth month of the following Year of the Boar (Tenna 3).
