一三番右先馬恒氏左保伸代教顕追而左之居
負也右之階下へ被附出声不合候間入直し可有
之旨被申候得共声も合冠頭も能合候間恒氏
勝と被申依之及違乱出口肝煎衆へ可被尋
旨乗尻被申故階下ゟ被尋候処声義合冠
頭も能合左之居負と被改候旨被申候得共左
乗尻段々兎角被申故及吟味左右階下肝
煎中段々和談之義被申含入直可有旨被
申候得共不得心ニ而殊外時刻も遅相成候故
着座へ被尋候処是ゟ一切勝負不見候其上勝
負には無構候得共右ハ直参左は代乗ニ候間左ゟ
被引候義可然被存候旨也
一二番左相模守盈顕軌類初代相手振舞
無之右兼太勝也但相手振舞無之初例也

可決旨被申候故承知併例年之通小振
三返ニて可被止若被略ハ上年之通小振一
返ニて可被上万事有来之通可被致旨
現代語訳
一、三番右先馬恒氏、左保伸代教顕、追って左の居負である。右の階下へ付き添い出されたが声が合わないので、入り直しをするべきだと申されたが、声も合い冠頭もよく合っているので恒氏の勝ちだと申された。これにより違乱となり、出口肝煎衆へ尋ねるべき旨を乗尻が申したので、階下より尋ねたところ、声義も合い冠頭もよく合い左の居負だと改めて申されたが、左の乗尻が段々とあれこれ申すので吟味となった。左右階下肝煎中が段々と和談の義を申し含め、入り直しをするべきだと申されたが納得せず、殊の外時刻も遅くなったので、
着座へ尋ねたところ、これより一切勝負は見えない、その上勝負には構わないが、右は直参、左は代乗であるので、左より引くのが然るべきと思われる旨である。
一、二番左相模守盈顕、軌類初代、相手振舞いなし。右兼太の勝ちである。ただし相手振舞いなしは初例である。
一、延享五年五月三日
出口肝煎が入来し、例年の通り小振二返にて勝負を決すべき旨を申されたので承知した。併せて例年の通り小振三返にて止めるべきであり、もし略されるならば上年の通り小振一返にて上げるべきで、万事有来の通りにするべき旨である。
