左福久頓宮前之埒江仰右手綱ヲシメシユヘ超埒而着座之前
馳入即落馬右モ続テ入去トモ不落左西へ控返而直ニ馳ス
右続出スト云トモ数間遅シ時【旹】右負之由右階下へ使立ツ右
階下答ニ将内ニテ落馬之人勝ト云事珍シヽ自ハ不可
負ト云々于時少有断無事
現代語訳
左の福久は頓宮前の柵に向かって右手の手綱を締めたので、柵を越えて着座する前に
馬で駆け入り、すぐに落馬した。右も続いて入ったが落馬しなかった。左は西へ控えて戻り、直ちに馳せた。
右も続いて出たというものの数間遅れた。その時、右の負けであると右が階下へ使いを立てた。右(側の)
階下の答えでは「将内で落馬した人が勝ちということは珍しい。自分は負け
ではない」と云々。その時少し異議があったが無事に済んだ。
英語訳
Left's Fukuhisa headed toward the barrier in front of the temporary shrine and tightened the reins with his right hand, so before crossing the barrier and taking his seat,
he rode in and immediately fell from his horse. Right also followed and entered but did not fall. Left withdrew to the west and returned, then immediately galloped.
Right also followed out, but was delayed by several ken. At that time, claiming it was right's loss, the right sent a messenger to the authorities below. The
