一 荻田主馬一統之者誓紙を取徒党為仕候事
一 大蔵儀越後守当地江召寄候処無遠慮居屋敷江
落着頭取仕候者共度々相集密談仕候事
右之段越後守【光長】三河守【綱国】対し不届 思召候遠島雖
可被 仰付被成御用捨松平大膳大夫江御預
一 荻田主馬儀今度美作儀ニ付越後守在国所不得
下知大蔵江一味徒党の者とも誓紙為仕候事
一 越後守参勤以後又不儀之訴訟申出候ニ付誤之
誓紙仕候以後も一味之者共不相静様ニ仕候儀

一 越後守三河守為宜存候由申儀共願之通申付候処
又候我儘成儀申出候事右之段越後守三河守
対し不届被 思召候切腹雖可被 仰付候代々相勤

一 片山外記事今度小栗美作儀申立大蔵致一味
候儀越後守為を不存我儘なる訴訟国許江戸

一 荻田主馬と一同の者が誓紙を取り交わして徒党を結成した事
一 大蔵について、越後守が当地へ召し寄せたところ、遠慮なく居屋敷へ
落ち着き、頭取を務める者たちが度々集まって密談した事
右の件について、越後守【光長】・三河守【綱国】に対し不届きと
思し召され、遠島を申し付けるべきところ、御用捨により松平大膳大夫へお預け
一 荻田主馬について、今度美作の件により越後守在国中に
命令に従わず、大蔵と一味徒党の者たちと誓紙を交わした事
一 越後守参勤以後、また不義の訴訟を申し出たため、誤りの
誓紙をした後も一味の者たちが静まらないようにした事は
不届きの事
一 越後守・三河守が良いと思われる由を申した件について、願いの通り申し付けたところ
また我儘な事を申し出た事。右の件について越後守・三河守に
対し不届きと思し召され、切腹を申し付けるべきところ、代々勤めて
きた者であるため御用捨により、主馬について松平出羽守へ
お預け
一 片山外記の事。今度小栗美作の件を申し立て、大蔵と一味
した事について、越後守のためを思わず我儘な訴訟により国許・江戸
屋敷の家中に騒動を起こした事
