別紙の通り公辺より仰せ出され候処、畢竟武備御充実外虜御掃攘の御趣意より仰せ出され候の儀、中納言様深く御感佩遊ばされ、以来銅鉄の器物は御手元の御品までも御廃しになり、勿論無用の冗費悉く御省き遊ばされ、武備御充実、天朝公辺の御趣意に協わせられ候様とのおぼし召しに在らせられ候條、其の旨承知し奉り、一統厚く心得候様仰せ出され候。
