昨日二十七日、石坂周造様の御連絡の通達がありました。
同二十九日 小谷茂左衛門
御呼び出しにつき、則ち小谷茂左衛門が出向いたところ、
御城代屋敷において、御重臣杉山東殿より中津藩・松代藩・掛川藩・高島藩・高遠藩へ御達し。黒駒に屯集している遊撃隊を石坂周造様・山岡鉄太郎様・水谷紋助様が御説得したところ、
御総督府並びに田安大納言様よりの御沙汰につき、頭取らは伏して沼津へ謹慎して御沙汰をお待ちすることを御請け申し上げたが、随従の者に至っては甲府城下で

謹慎すべき旨を申し張り、御説得を承服いたさないにつき、やむを得ず御城代水野出羽守様へ御委任することになったため、即刻役員を差し向けたが、説得が行き届かず甲府表へ繰り込んだため、
御総督府並びに田安様へ御窺いを立てるべき旨の達しがありました。
五月朔日 呼び出しにつき小谷茂右衛門が出向いたところ、
御城代屋敷において原田次郎太夫殿より達し。黒駒屯集の遊撃隊の説得が行き届かなかった趣旨の注進につき、並崎宿に控えて罷り在る御人数を至急操り込むとの達しがあったため、則ち通達がありました。

Due to a summons, Kotani Mozaemon promptly went out, and
at the castle deputy's residence, senior retainer Lord Sugiyama Azuma issued orders to Nakatsu Domain, Matsushiro Domain, Kakegawa Domain, Takashima Domain, and Takatoo Domain. When Lords Ishizaka Shuzo, Yamaoka Tetsutaro, and Mizutani Monsuke attempted to persuade the guerrilla forces assembled at Kurokoma,
due to orders from the Imperial General Headquarters and Lord Tayasu Dainagon, the commanders humbly accepted to go into confinement at Numazu and await orders, but their followers insisted they should

remain in confinement at Kofu castle town, and would not accept the persuasion. Therefore, it became unavoidable to entrust the matter to Castle Deputy Lord Mizuno Dewanokami, and officials were immediately dispatched, but persuasion was ineffective and they advanced into Kofu territory.
Therefore, there was an order that inquiry should be made to the Imperial General Headquarters and Lord Tayasu.
First day of the fifth month Due to a summons, Kotani Mozaemon went out, and
at the castle deputy's residence, Lord Harada Jirotayu issued orders. Regarding the report that persuasion of the guerrilla forces assembled at Kurokoma was ineffective, there was an order for the forces stationed at Namizaki post station to immediately mobilize, and therefore a communication was issued.
