一 同月二十一日 端午の祝儀献上について、内書が城中で渡された。家来への拝領物等は例年通り。
一 同月二十二日 切支丹類族である狩野興硯元房の子が出生したため、切支丹奉行に届け証文を差し出した。
一 八月朔日 祝儀として登城し、例の通り太刀馬代を献上した。
一 同月九日 側御用人のもとに出向き、講談拝聴の願いを申し入れた。
一 九月二日 御用番阿部豊後守正武殿に使者として留守居村上三太夫正峰を通じて、清照院様、豊姫様を国許に遣わし、豊姫様の縁組の件については、その後京都において相談したい旨の願書を差し出した。
この願いの件は、当年四月に老中土屋相模守殿まで伺いが済んでいるが、
御用番まで改めて願い出るよう相模守殿の指図により、
願書を差し出した。
一 同月三日 重陽の祝儀として、使者を通じて例の通り小袖を献上した。
御台様、桂昌院様には白銀を差し上げた。
一 同月五日 御用番阿部豊後守正武殿から呼び出しがあり、留守居堀十兵衛久律が出向いたところ、清照院様、豊姫様の国許への御越しの件について、願いの通り

One: On the 22nd of the same month - As a child was born to Kano Kōken Genbō, who belongs to a Christian-related family, a notification certificate was submitted to the Christian magistrate.
One: On August 1st - For congratulations, attended the castle and presented sword and horse substitutes as customary.
One: On the 9th of the same month - Visited the chamberlain to request permission to attend storytelling lectures.
One: On September 2nd - Through messenger and keeper Murakami Santayū Masamine to Lord Abe Bungo-no-kami Masatake, who was on duty, submitted a petition stating the desire to send Lady Seishōin and Princess Yutaka to the home domain, and that regarding Princess Yutaka's marriage arrangement, they would like to consult about it later in Kyoto.
Regarding this petition, although approval had been obtained from Lord Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami in April of this year,
following Sagami-no-kami's instruction to make a fresh petition to the duty officer,
the petition was submitted.
One: On the 3rd of the same month - For the Double Ninth Festival congratulations, presented kosode (kimono) through a messenger as customary.
To Her Ladyship and Lady Keishōin, white silver was presented.
One: On the 5th of the same month - There was a summons from Lord Abe Bungo-no-kami Masatake, who was on duty, and when keeper Hori Jūbei Kyūritsu went to attend, regarding the matter of Lady Seishōin and Princess Yutaka's journey to the home domain, as requested
