貴布祢（神社担当）：土屋次郎衛門、高橋清右衛門
下鴨（神社担当）：加藤祖父衛門、奥村重左衛門
両名ずつ配置され、いずれも戸田越前守殿（の管轄）である。
右（の者たち）には一日につき七升五合ずつの扶持米が支給されており、これに加えて、
槍持一人、中間一人、挟箱持一人、弁当持一人、
合計四人ずつを連れて毎日参勤するものとされた。
また同心衆には一日に二升五合ずつの御当てかい（扶持）とのことである。
「以下の分は別紙に書き付けられ、日記に括り添えてあるものである。

Shimogamo (Shrine assignment): Katō Sobuemon, Okumura Jūzaemon
Two persons each were assigned, all under the jurisdiction of Lord Toda Echizen-no-kami.
The aforementioned persons were to receive a daily rice stipend of seven shō and five gō each, and were to attend daily service accompanied by:
one spear-bearer, one manservant (chūgen), one luggage-box carrier, and one lunchbox carrier—
four attendants each in total.
Furthermore, the doshin (lower-ranking officials) were to receive a daily allowance of two shō and five gō each.
