夜になって寄合があり、次のことが披露された。
昨日の御伝奏でのやりとりの顛末についての話があった。
次に、江戸へ御礼に参られる方について（…）。
次に、貴布祢へ幄屋（あくや）等のことについて、官人（木工寮のことである）が十一日に参られる旨、案内者のことについて。

(The old curtain,) which had been removed for replacement, was sent to the Head Priest's residence where it had been kept, and was then immediately brought and handed over to the *nakama* (intermediary attendants).

- In place of Shingū Celebrant (新宮祝): ■Hisa
- In place of Kataoka Priest (片岡禰宜): Kumanosuke
**In the evening, a gathering was held, at which the following matters were reported:**
- An account was given of the full course of events at yesterday's meeting with the Imperial Messenger (御伝奏).
- Next, regarding the person traveling to Edo to pay respects (御礼) — (the appropriate candidate was discussed).
- Next, regarding the matter of the temporary pavilion (*akuya*, 幄屋) and related affairs at the Kifune Shrine: the officials (of the Office of Palace Works, *Mokuryō*, 木工寮) were notified that they would attend on the eleventh day, and the matter of a guide was discussed.
- Since the timing coincided with the time of the shrine relocation ceremony (*sengū*, 遷宮), it was stated that this would cause inconvenience for Taguchi's side.
- As to whether a request should be made to the lower magistrate (*shita-bugyō*) of the warrior house at the same time: since there is no precedent, it was decided that no such request should be made.
- The matter of the gifts to be presented when the Imperial Envoy (勅使) visits.
- The proceedings of the reception (馳走) aboard the wooden boat (*kibune*).
**Tenth Day.** In the morning, the straw thatch and other materials at the gate-house of Jūrakuji Temple were removed. Six people from the same town were sent out to collect the old thatching grass.
At noon, the sacred treasures (御神宝) were transported (marginal note: four *jige* persons from the district) from the Head Priest's residence to the Sacred Treasure Repository (*shinpō-ya*) at the shrine precincts.
