（古い幌は）取り替えた分だけ取り出して、神主亭まで遣わして置いた。それをすぐに持参して、中間（廊下・渡り廊下の間）に渡し終えた。
社司の代参：太田禰宜・季周の代わりに子息の季真、新宮祝の代わりに軌久、片岡禰宜の代わりに熊之介。
夜になって寄合があり、披露があった。曰く、昨日の御伝奏のところでのやりとりの顛末の報告があった。次に、江戸へ御礼に参られる方についての話があった。次に、貴布祢へ幄屋（あくや）等の件に関して、官人（木工寮の者）が十一日に参る旨の連絡があり、案内者の手配についての話があった。
遷宮の時刻が（貴布祢遷宮と）同じ時刻であるため、田口（の担当者）にとって都合が悪いという件。また同時に、武家の下奉行に申請すべきかどうかについては、先例がないため申し立てるべきではない、とされた。勅使が参向する際の進上物の件。木船にて馳走（饗応）する次第の件。
十日 朝、十楽寺門の屋根の藁葺き等をまくる（剥がす）。同町の者六人を出して、古い葺き草を取らせた。
昼、御神宝を（地下の者四人によって）神主亭から社頭の神宝屋へ運び入れた。また、幕・布等は庁屋へ入れた。（以下、次ページへ続く）

(The old curtains,) only the replaced ones were taken out and sent to the Chief Priest's residence (神主亭) for storage. They were then promptly brought and handed over in the middle corridor area.
**Substitute attendants for shrine officials:** In place of Ōta Priest (太田禰宜) Suechika, his son Suezane attended; in place of the Shingū Celebrant (新宮祝), Norichisa attended; in place of the Kataoka Priest (片岡禰宜), Kumanosuke attended.
In the evening, a gathering (寄合) was held, at which the following matters were reported: First, an account of the proceedings at yesterday's meeting with the Imperial Messenger (御伝奏). Next, discussion about the person who was to travel to Edo to pay respects (御礼). Next, regarding the matter of the temporary pavilion (幄屋) to be erected at Kifune Shrine, a notice was given that an official (from the Bureau of Carpentry, 木工寮) would arrive on the eleventh day, and discussion was held about who would serve as guide (案内者).
Since the time of the enshrining ceremony (遷宮) coincided with the same hour (as another ceremony), this would cause inconvenience for the Taguchi party. Additionally, regarding whether to submit a request to the lower magistrate (下奉行) of the warrior class simultaneously — since there was no precedent, it was decided that no such request should be made. There was also the matter of the offerings (進上物) to be presented when the Imperial Envoy (勅使) arrives, and the matter of the order of entertainment (馳走) to be provided by boat (木船).
**Tenth Day.** In the morning, the thatched roof coverings at the gate of Jūrakuji Temple were peeled back (rolled up). Six people from the same neighborhood were dispatched to remove the old thatch.
In the afternoon, the sacred treasures (御神宝) were transported — by four local men (地下四人) — from the Chief Priest's residence to the Sacred Treasure House (神宝屋) at the shrine precincts.
