（土器が）二枚ずつあり、壺形の土器もあるので、それに入れて進上する。ただし一杯のみとする。三つは余る。二本の袋付きの棒があり、ただ一杯に酒を入れ、下に土器を重ねて丸盆に載せて進上する。まず贄殿より薬を銚子に入れ、酒に浸しておく。
次に、内外の神供を撤下する。日番の者一人が後に残り、夕方の御料（神饌）を進上する。宮を廻って庁屋に着座し、神供の立会いをする。
公儀（幕府）の下奉行衆は拝殿の西・南・北の長床に敷物を敷き、与力衆・同心衆おおよそ二、三十人、雑色（ぞうしき）が門々を廻る。これはこちらから申し越した義ではなく、御奉行から（そのように）仰せがあったことである。

神主：貴布祢々宜（ぎ）、祝（はふり）、就久、保喬の代わりに保（業か保尉か＜見せ消ち＞）。保喬は十一歳であり、幼さによる（代役）である。
氏人（うじびと）については、一番衆は清宜の代わりに刑顕、二番衆は織部佑保香、三番衆は幸和の代わり、四番衆は清邑、五番衆は左衛門佐保利。
今日、方々へ礼に出られる。武家方へは一切（物を）贈らない（「残」から「請」に訂正）。伝奏へは斗樽一荷・昆布・鯛・鯣（するめ）、弁殿へは七升樽一荷。

There are two earthenware vessels (土器) each, and there are also pot-shaped earthenwares, so the medicine is placed in these and presented. However, only one cup is used; three remain unused. There are two rod-shaped implements with pouches attached; sake is poured into just one cup, earthenwares are stacked beneath it, and it is placed on a round tray (丸盆) and presented. First, medicine from the Niedo (贄殿, the shrine kitchen/food-preparation hall) is placed in a sake-warming vessel (銚子) and steeped in sake.
Next, the sacred offerings (神供) of the inner and outer shrines are withdrawn. One person on daily duty remains behind and presents the evening offerings (夕御料). They proceed around the shrine precincts, take their seats at the administrative hall (庁屋), and attend the presentation of the sacred offerings.
The subordinate magistrates (下奉行) of the shogunate spread mats in the long gallery (長床) on the west, south, and north sides of the worship hall (拝殿). Mounted officers (与力) and foot soldiers (同心), some twenty to thirty in total, and lower-ranking officials (雑色) make their rounds of the gates. This was not something requested from our side; it was on the order of the magistrate (御奉行).
The 17th Day: There are tasks of storage and cleaning. Beginning today, ritual seclusion (参籠) at Kifune Shrine commences.
Shrine officials: the Kifune Negi (祢宜, senior priest), the Hafuri (祝, ritualist priest), Narihisa, and a substitute for Yasutaka — [name unclear due to erasure, possibly "Yasunori"]. Yasutaka is eleven years old, hence the substitution due to his young age.
As for the ujibito (氏人, clan members/subordinate shrine officials): for the First Group, Keiken substitutes for Kiyonori; Second Group, Oribe no Suke Yasuka; Third Group, a substitute for Yukikazu; Fourth Group, Kiyomura; Fifth Group, Saemon no Suke Yasutoshi.
Today, visits are made to various parties to pay respects. Nothing whatsoever is given to the warrior (武家) side. To the Tenso (伝奏, court liaison to the shogunate): one load of a to-barrel (斗樽), kombu seaweed, sea bream, and dried squid (するめ). To the Ben (弁殿, a court official): one load of a seven-sho barrel (七升樽).
