一、同日、右同断につき、口宣および御返書ともに、御徒飛脚（井原嘉六）をもって
江戸表へ差し上げた。
一、正月二十七日、御用番の水野和泉守（忠之）殿より、以下の通り連名の御切紙が来た。
明二十八日、五時（午前八時ごろ）に登城し、
相続の御礼を申し上げるべく候。

Item: On the same day, pursuant to the above, both the oral proclamation (kuzen) and the written reply (okaeshi-bumi) were dispatched to Edo via the mounted courier on foot (otomo-hikyaku), Ihara Kagoroku.
Item: On the 27th day of the 1st month, the duty Senior Councillor's representative (goyōban), Lord Mizuno Izumi-no-kami (Tadayuki), sent the following written notice (kiriegami) bearing multiple signatories:
"On the morrow, the 28th, you are to proceed to the castle at the Hour of the Ox (around 8 o'clock in the morning), and present your formal expressions of gratitude for the succession (zokusho no rei)."
