右、去年十一月二十五日の行幸の際に、彼の社に件の八箇郷を奉り寄進し了（おわ）んぬ。今、便宜を量り、田圃（でんぽ）を平均（へいきん）に定めたるところ、件の如くである、云々。今より以後、悉く神領とし、すなわちその応輸の物（おうゆのもの）をもって、永く恒例の祭祀・神殿・雑舎、ならびに上下の扶属神社・神館・神宮寺等の修造、ならびに臨時の大小の新たな（費用の）用途に充て奉るべし。
正二位・行大納言兼右近衛大将、藤原朝臣実資（ふじわらのあそん さねすけ）、勅を奉りて、件の分宛に依るべき旨を宣す。省（しょう）は宜しく承知して、宣に依りてこれを行うべし。符（ふ）が到りたれば奉行せよ。

Regarding the above: on the twenty-fifth day of the eleventh month of the previous year, during the imperial visit to said shrine, the aforementioned eight gō were duly donated [to the shrine]. Now, having deliberated on convenience and equitably assessed the fields and paddies, the arrangements have been determined as stated above, and so forth. From this point forward, all [these lands] shall become divine domain (shinryō). The tax goods to be rendered from them shall be permanently allocated to the regular ritual ceremonies, the shrine halls and miscellaneous structures, as well as the repair and construction of the affiliated upper and lower shrines, the divine lodgings, and the shrine-temples, in addition to covering the various large and small incidental expenses.
Junior Second Rank, Acting Major Counselor and concurrent Commander of the Right Imperial Guards, Fujiwara no Asomi Sanesuke, having received the imperial command, hereby proclaims that the allocations shall be carried out as specified. The Ministry shall acknowledge this and act in accordance with the proclamation. Upon receipt of this document, carry out its instructions.
