御帳面にお認めいただき、与左衛門の印判で
差し上げました。帰参し
申年正月十日夕方にお渡しくださったので、翌日
十一日に町代衆へ相渡しいたしました。

The above allowance money, in the 12th month of Hitsuji year,
at the government office 《marginal note: On the 10th day of the 1st month of Saru year, through the intermediary of Lord Izawa Gyōsuke | Yozaemon went up and received it, then returned》
was given and we received it. The receipt document
was recorded in the official ledger, and with Yozaemon's seal
it was submitted. Upon return,
it was given on the evening of the 10th day of the 1st month of Saru year, so on the following day,
the 11th day, it was distributed to the town representatives.
The above apportionment is as follows:
