清佳披露云六役之儀札ニ被当候共社中へ被申

而も其札ヲ被上突直しニ成申候事并此節触
穢之仁ハ札ヲ可被除哉之旨昨朝老若寄会御
評議之上ニテ可被除ニ一決之事

【朱書き】触穢の者の鬮札除きの事
一、早朝、恒例により評議所において右六役の鬮取りに先立ち、会所にて清佳が披露して言うには、六役の儀について、たとえ鬮札に当たった者であっても、社中へ申し請けることがある。また、御奉公人で当席にいない者は、たとえ当たったとしても、その札を上納し、突き直し（やり直し）となる。さらにこの時節、触穢の者は鬮札から除くべきかどうかという旨につき、昨朝に老若（年長・年少の役人）が寄り集まり会議を行い、評議の上にて「除くべし」と一決した事。

First Day, Hinoe-Saru (丙申), Clear
[Written in red] Matters concerning the exclusion of those subject to ritual pollution from the lottery
1. Early in the morning, in accordance with established custom, prior to the lottery drawing for the six roles (六役) at the Council Hall (評議所), Seika [an official] announced at the Assembly Hall (会所) the following: Regarding the six roles, even if a person's lot is drawn, there are cases where the matter must be submitted to the shrine community for consideration. Furthermore, any person serving in official capacity (御奉公人) who is not present at the session, even if their lot is drawn, must surrender their lot and the draw shall be redone. Additionally, regarding the question of whether those who are in a state of ritual pollution (触穢) should be excluded from the lottery at this time — this matter was deliberated upon at a gathering of senior and junior officials yesterday morning, and it was unanimously decided that such persons shall indeed be excluded.
