例之通御太刀馬代献之
但八左衛門旧臘五日御国表出立
一 同日為御謡初御祝儀御使者を以例之通御盃台御酒代
被献之
一 正月五日中務大輔《割書：昌｜平》様御屋敷御類焼ニ付為御見舞

正徳4年甲午
一、正月元日、御本丸において年始の御規式が行われた
一、同日、年始の御祝儀として御使者寄合の波々伯部八左衛門頼安を以て、例の通り御太刀馬代を献上した
ただし八左衛門は昨年12月5日に御国表を出立した
一、同日、御謡初の御祝儀として御使者を以て例の通り御盃台御酒代を献上した
一、正月5日、中務大輔昌平様の御屋敷が類焼したことにつき、御見舞いのため
