一、家来の町屋敷（表口七尺八寸、裏行十九間）／四十坪五合三勺
（通塩町、町奉行支配）
外に四十一坪七合三勺は向河岸、表口十六間四尺五寸、裏行二間半。
但し、所並（近隣の状況）につき、願い出て蔵地となっている。
一、家来の町屋敷（表口四間二尺七寸、裏行十九間三尺六寸）／八十六坪三合
（永富町、町奉行支配）
但し、これは通塩町の町屋敷のうち、広小路となっているもの。
代地を下し置かれている。
右二ヶ所は家来・田代道伯が所持していたものである。
右は、伊予守（稲葉正方）方より書き出した家来の町屋敷二ヶ所を、このたび久保町の市右衛門と申す町人が望みましたので、差し遣わした次第です。この趣旨を久世大和守様へ申し上げ、去る七日に引き渡しを済ませました。伊予守（稲葉正方）は在所（国元）に罷り在り、御届けの儀が延引となりましたので、まず私（稲葉采女）よりお断り申し上げます。伊予守方より御届書と追って引き替え申すべく候。以上。

Item: A townhouse property belonging to our retainer — frontage: 7 shaku 8 sun; depth: 19 ken — totaling 40 tsubo, 5 gō, 3 shaku.
(Located in Tōrishiomachi, under the jurisdiction of the town magistrate [machi-bugyō].)
Additionally, 41 tsubo 7 gō 3 shaku facing the riverside embankment (mukōgashi), with a frontage of 16 ken 4 shaku 5 sun and a depth of 2 ken and a half. Note: In accordance with the conditions of the surrounding lots, this portion has been converted into warehouse land (kurachi) by petition.
Item: A townhouse property belonging to our retainer — frontage: 4 ken 2 shaku 7 sun; depth: 19 ken 3 shaku 6 sun — totaling 86 tsubo 3 gō.
(Located in Nagatomicho, under the jurisdiction of the town magistrate.)
Note: This property is part of the Tōrishiomachi townhouse plot that has become a broad avenue (hirōkōji). A substitute plot (daichi) has been granted in its place.
The above two properties have been in the possession of our retainer Tashiro Dōhaku.
The above two townhouse properties, as recorded by the household of Inaba Iyono-kami (Masamichi), were desired by a townsman by the name of Ichiemon of Kubomachi, and have accordingly been transferred to him. This matter was reported to Lord Kuze Yamato-no-kami, and the transfer was completed on the 7th of this month. As Iyono-kami is currently residing in his home domain (zaishō) and the formal notification (otodoke) has consequently been delayed, I am writing in advance on his behalf to inform you. The formal notification from Iyono-kami's household will be exchanged with this letter in due course. Respectfully submitted.
