からめ捕り候事を前に記し候通りに仕り候わば、初より申し合わせ候罪科を許され、御褒美は船借り候時に申し合わせ候代物の一倍を下し置かるべき事
附
その船の事は船主船頭等相対にて貸し候とも、その水主の働きにより候てぬけ荷買取候者并びに申し合わせ候船頭等からとり候わば、その水主に被下候御褒美の事、これまた船借り候時船主船頭等と申し合わせ候代物の一倍を下さるべき事
一 諸国浦方においてぬけ荷買取候者有之由を告知らせ候者有之候わば、その所の者共早速に出合い候てからめ捕るべし。若し油断せしめ取り逃がし候においては急度その罪科に行わるべき事
右条々急度相守るべき者也

If one captures them as described in the aforementioned manner, the initial crime of conspiracy shall be pardoned, and the reward shall be double the agreed-upon payment for borrowing the ship.
Addendum:
Regarding the ship matter, even if the ship owner and captain lend it through mutual agreement, if a sailor through his efforts captures those who purchase smuggled goods and the conspiring captains, the reward given to that sailor shall also be double the payment agreed upon with the ship owner and captain when borrowing the ship.
Article: If there are those in coastal areas of various provinces who report the existence of people purchasing smuggled goods, the local people must immediately gather and capture them. If they are negligent and allow them to escape, they shall be strictly punished.
The above articles must be strictly observed.
