断候処今日御相談事も有之候間所も近所ニ候間御相番へ御入魂被成其儘御
詰可被成候若御両人共御相談之御用も候ハヽ評議所へ御しらせ可被成之旨申入候様ニとの
義ニ而杜顕代春顕へ此段致入魂領掌也申ノ刻比ゟ御用ニ付保土出頭
候故暫之間愛鶴太夫頼遣し也所ハ中ノ溝口也故岩千代大夫門也
一今暮方保土等出頭之留守奥山雨降候而俄ニ川水増候由故水掛三河守季脩
豊前守保覚等相談ニ而水番被引候様ニ会所へ被申入十手若役中被相招申渡
由也即刻水役人共罷越三河守へ相届候ハ水増候様ニ有之候へ共上ニ□□□□故

小山郷中から右の通り申しますと、御伝奏の御命も立ち難く、次第に古来の御社格も廃失し、一社一統恐れ入り奉存じます。今般仰せ渡された御命も立たないようになりましたら、一社一統迷惑至極いたします。その分に差し置きましたら却って不調法の程も恐れ入り奉存じますにつき、いかに取り計らうべきか窺い奉ります。これらの趣、よろしく御沙汰頼み奉存じます。以上

今日水番は午の刻から酉の刻まで六番衆にて杜顕保土でした。これにより寄り合いの席へ昼時から断りました所、今日御相談事もございます間、所も近所にございます間、御相番へご入魂なされ、そのまま御詰めなさるべきです。もし御両人共御相談の御用もございましたら評議所へお知らせなさるべきとの義にて、杜顕の代わりに春顕へこの段入魂いたし領掌しました。申の刻頃から御用につき保土出頭候故、しばらくの間愛鶴太夫に頼み遣わしました。所は中の溝口です故、岩千代大夫の門です。
今夕方保土等出頭の留守、奥山に雨が降り俄に川水が増した由故、水掛三河守季脩、豊前守保覚等相談にて水番を引くように会所へ申し入れ、十手若役中を招いて申し渡した由です。即刻水役人共が罷り越し三河守へ相届けるには、水が増したようにございますが、上に［不明］故、海道裏はもちろん六町橋辺へも水が一向に下りません。溝々の御番をそのまま行い、水が下るように待ちたい由申すにつき、また若役中を招きそのまま水番をするよう申し渡した由です。

水一件につき今日寄り合いです。出席は神主正久保韶業久。
昨日三人出頭の時よろしく保土が演説しました。この儀は渇水につき急に拝領なされた義、また窺いの義をゆっくりなされ置かれては宜しくございません。弁様からお召し出しがない内に窺いにご出頭然るべきに一決し、これにより総代業久保覚が出頭です。業久支度に帰られた後腹痛の由にて出頭を断り、俄に保韶が出頭しました。
昨日思いがけず奥山に雨が降り水が増したこと、祈雨感応にございます間、まず御酒にても献備なされ然るべきか。一統もっともに存ぜられるにつき、即刻会所へ申し渡し御酒献進、社頭当番の御備えです。
年番中から御祭勘定帳を指し出され、執筆がこれを読みました。

小者喜八が願い上げるには、先達って御願い申し上げた私の御暇の義につき、代わりの人を相尋ねした所、十楽寺安右衛門の世忰が御願い申し上げたいとのこと。安右衛門に相対いたしましたら、なるほど仰せ付けられましたら務めを行いますが、不調法者のことなので、こちらから御願いは申し上げ難い由申す間、何とぞ仰せ付けください様にとの願いです。評議では年若き者

Today's water duty was from the Hour of the Horse to the Hour of the Cock, with the sixth group, and Moriaaki Yasutoshi was on duty. Therefore, we declined the meeting from noon, but since there were consultation matters today and the location was nearby, we asked the duty partner to take care of things and continue the watch. If both of you have consultation duties, please inform the council chamber. With this understanding, we entrusted this matter to Haruaaki in place of Moriaaki, and he acknowledged it. From around the Hour of the Monkey, Yasutoshi went out on duty, so we temporarily sent Aizuru Dayū as a substitute. The location was at the middle Mizoguchi, so it was at Iwachiyo Dayū's gate.
This evening, while Yasutoshi and others were out on duty, it rained in the back mountains and the river water suddenly rose. Therefore, through consultation between water magistrate Mikawa-no-kami Suemichi and Buzen-no-kami Yasusato, they requested the meeting office to withdraw the water watch and summoned the junior officials to issue instructions. Immediately, the water officials went to report to Mikawa-no-kami: "The water appears to have risen, but since [unclear] above, water is not flowing down at all to the back of the main road, let alone near Rokuchō Bridge. We would like to maintain the watch at the channels and wait for the water to flow down." Upon this report, the junior officials were again summoned and instructed to continue the water watch.

Yesterday when three people attended, Yasutoshi gave a good speech: "This matter involves allocation quickly granted due to drought, and it would not be proper to handle the inquiry matter leisurely. It would be appropriate to attend for the inquiry before Lord Ben summons us." It was decided unanimously, and therefore representatives Naruhisa and Yasusato attended. After Naruhisa returned to prepare, he declined to attend due to stomach pain, so Yasuteru suddenly attended instead.
Yesterday's unexpected rain in the back mountains that increased the water was a response to prayers for rain, so it would be appropriate to first offer sake as a dedication. Everyone thought this was quite proper, so immediate instructions were given to the meeting office to dedicate sake, with the shrine compound duty officer making the offering.
