（前頁より続き）が多い。△吾妻森・木下川辺の五百羅漢、その他この近辺四方において崩れた家が非常に多く、潰れた家等はことごとく記し難いほどである。
【十八】同じく西方の法恩寺門前出村町、その他両側ともに焼ける。△三囲稲荷・白髭社内・木母寺・梅若塚・向島一帯は△（無事）。同じく隅田川西方の千住宿・大橋向かいの分は略す。南方の民家・旅籠屋は大きく破損し、中程に崩れた家がある。
【十九】小塚原町の両側が焼ける。この地は特に揺れが強く、土蔵等で残るものは一か所もなかった。同じく南方の中村町は大きく破損し、潰れた家が多く、焼失した場所と同様の有様であった。同じく南方の山谷・浅草原町二丁目、同じく南方の元吉町・新鳥越町四丁目、東禅寺・春慶寺・道林寺、同東側の教伝寺・福寿院・宗林寺・専念寺・光照寺・源照寺、同三丁目の三か寺、同二丁目の大秀寺・養白寺、同所東側の源寿寺・瑞泉寺・安盛寺・遍照寺、その他鏡の池辺りに至るまでの間の諸宗の寺院は、本堂・僧房・碑・灯籠に至るまで一切破損しており、そのすべてを記し尽くすことは難しい。

(Continued from previous page) ...were numerous. △ In the area around Azumamori and the banks of the Kinoshita River, the site of the Five Hundred Rakan (statues), and throughout the surrounding vicinity, collapsed houses were extremely numerous, and the full extent of the destroyed dwellings and the like defies complete recording.
[Item 18] To the west, Hōon-ji Temple's gate-front Demura-chō and both sides of the surrounding streets burned down. △ Mimeguri Inari Shrine, Shirahige Shrine precincts, Kibō-ji Temple, the Umewaka Burial Mound, and the entire Mukōjima area were △ (unscathed). The portion facing the Senju post-town and the great bridge to the west of the Sumida River is omitted. To the south, private residences and lodging houses (hatagoya) suffered major damage, and there were collapsed houses in the middle of the area.
[Item 19] Both sides of Kozukappara-chō burned. The shaking in this area was particularly severe, and not a single earthen storehouse (dozō) remained standing. To the south, Nakamura-chō suffered major damage, with many collapsed houses, leaving it in a state equivalent to those areas destroyed by fire. Further south, Sanya and Asakusahara-chō 2-chōme; and further south still, Motoyoshi-chō, Shin-Toriyoe-chō 4-chōme, Tōzen-ji Temple, Shunkei-ji Temple, Dōrin-ji Temple; on the eastern side of the same area, Kyōden-ji Temple, Fukuju-in, Sōrin-ji Temple, Senden-ji Temple, Kōshō-ji Temple, and Genshō-ji Temple; three temples in 3-chōme; Daishū-ji Temple and Yōhaku-ji Temple in 2-chōme; and on the eastern side of the same area, Genju-ji Temple, Zuisen-ji Temple, Ansei-ji Temple, and Henshō-ji Temple — all the temples of various Buddhist sects from this area extending as far as the Kagami-no-ike pond suffered complete damage to their main halls (hondō), monks' quarters (sōbō), stone monuments, and stone lanterns. The full extent of the destruction is too great to record in its entirety.
