一 正月六日、勝姫様の（婚礼行列の）一番・二番の御道具（行列道具）を、杉形御鎗奉行・大関新五左衛門（直■）と御使番・榊原助左衛門（正房）を使者として送り届けた。
但し、三番以降の御道具については、天候次第で日々順次送り届けることとした。
一 同月七日、若菜のお祝いとして、使者を通じて例年通り御肴（鯛）を献上した。
一 同月九日、勝姫様の御婚礼の御用のため、御家老・狛杢（孝昭）が昨年（旧暦）十二月二十八日に国元を出発し、本日江戸に到着したため、御目見えを仰せ付けられた。
一 同月十日、国元において本多修理（正孝）が重篤な病気とのことで、見舞いの御書を送られた。
一 同月十七日、勝姫様が翌十八日に松平大膳大夫（宗広）殿へ御入輿されるにあたり、その旨を届けるため、御用番・松平伊豆守（信祝）殿へ以下の通り口上書を差し出した。
口上之覚
先月御用番へ申し達した通り、私の妹が十八日に松平大膳大夫方へ婚礼が整いました。右のことをお届けするため、使者をもって御意を得ます。以上。

但し、西丸御老中・松平能登守へも同様の文書を差し出したが、文面が同様のため記載を省略する。

- On the sixth day of the first month, the first and second sets of ceremonial procession equipment (gyōretsu dōgu) for Lady Katsuhime were sent via Suginaari Yari-bugyō (spear ceremony official) Ōzeki Shingoemon (Nao■) and御使番 (messenger official) Sakakibara Sukozaemon (Masafusa).
Note: The third and subsequent sets of equipment were to be sent day by day, depending on the weather.
- On the seventh day of the same month, as a congratulatory gesture for the Wakana (Young Herbs) Festival, a messenger was sent to present, as customary, a ceremonial side dish (tai/sea bream).
- On the ninth day of the same month, Senior Councillor (karō) Koma Moku (Kōshō) had departed from the domain on the twenty-eighth day of the previous month (twelfth month) to assist with Lady Katsuhime's wedding preparations, and having arrived in Edo today, he was granted an audience (omemie).
- On the tenth day of the same month, as Honda Shuri (Masakō) in the home domain was gravely ill, an inquiry letter was sent.
- On the seventeenth day of the same month, as Lady Katsuhime was to be married into the household of Matsudaira Daizennosuke (Munehiro) on the following eighteenth day, a written message (kōjōgaki) was submitted to the duty senior councillor (goyōban) Matsudaira Izunokami (Nobuyoshi) to formally notify him, as follows:

As I reported to the duty senior councillor last month, my younger sister's marriage to Matsudaira Daizennosuke has been finalized for the eighteenth. I am sending a messenger to inform you of this matter. Respectfully submitted.
