現代語訳
集めてマンジュウに送り、わずかにマンジュウの穀物および絹布、青玉、真羽の類を求めて、また是をカラフト島に携え渡りて蝦夷と売買するを以て生活すると云う。
英語訳
They gather [the hides] and send them to the Manchus, obtaining in small quantities Manchu grains, silk cloth, blue jade, and genuine feathers, and then carry these to Karafuto Island where they engage in trade with the Ainu, thus making their living, it is said.
