一、元文五申年（1740年）二月、親の願いの通り、初めて御目見を仰せ付けられた事。

1. In the 6th month of Kansei 1, Year of the Rooster (1789): As his unit commander (*kumigashira*) Ikoma Kurannosuke was relieved of his duties, he was transferred to the unit of Ibuka Kenmotsu as the successor unit.
