上賀茂御造営御修復詰講ニ被為仰付一社一統難有
仕合奉存候本宮摂社末社等迄去月正遷宮悉相済
申候ニ付御礼之儀別紙例書ヲ以奉窺候間先格之通
宜被仰付被下候様奉願候以上

窺い奉る口上書
上賀茂御造営御修復詰講に仰せ付けられ一社一統ありがたき
仕合わせと存じ奉り候。本宮摂社末社等まで去る月正遷宮悉く相済み
申し候につき御礼の儀別紙例書を以て窺い奉り候間、先格の通り
よろしく仰せ付けられ下され候様願い奉り候。以上

Respectful Inquiry Statement
We have been graciously appointed to the Upper Kamigamo shrine reconstruction and restoration detailed planning, which is an honor for our entire shrine community.
We humbly consider this a most fortunate situation. Since the formal relocation ceremonies for the main shrine, auxiliary shrines, and subsidiary shrines were all completed last month,
we respectfully submit this inquiry regarding the thanksgiving ceremony using the attached precedent documents, and humbly request
that arrangements be made favorably according to previous precedents. The above.

Record of Performing Shrine Reconstruction Thanksgiving Folded Cedar, Horizontal Fold
One: In the first year of Shōtoku, Year of the Rabbit, shrine reconstruction and restoration were ordered for Upper Kamigamo and
Kifune Shrine, etc., and formal relocation ceremonies were completed by early March of the same third year.
Accordingly, when we made inquiry to the Magistrate's Office on March 29th of the same year, we were told
to proceed to the capital at our convenience. The accompanying letter from the Magistrate's Office to the Edo Temples and Shrines
Magistrate's Office was given to us on May 4th of the same year, and accordingly we departed on the 8th of the same month.

The above performed thanksgiving ceremonies on the 1st of intercalary May, were granted audience on the 5th of the same month,
received leave and were bestowed court garments.
