一、来る十一日の貴布祢社並びに白鬚社仮遷宮に付き、今晩から参籠するその者たちは：
神主博久、貴布祢祢宜息久、同祝典久（幼年につき代理武保）、転供、五番衆静氏、七番衆安顕、八番衆保尭等です。もっとも認等は先達ての通り
堺屋甚兵衛へ申し付けられました。
六日（庚子）晴
一、貴布祢社仮遷宮の件、宣旨御渡しに付き、貴布祢祢宜息久の代理（参籠中につき名代）として片岡祢宜功久（狩衣着用、仲間・小者を召し連れ）が出頭しました。もっとも辰の刻に御伝奏櫛笥大納言殿から御鉾をお渡しいただき、御奉行日野西弁殿へその御礼のため参上しました。もっとも仲間・小者は一社から遣わされたものです。
一、片岡社若宮御神服の丈尺書付を遣わす旨、棟梁岡嶋五一郎へ差し出した控え：

1. For the temporary relocation of Kibune Shrine and Shirahige Shrine on the coming 11th, those entering ritual seclusion from this evening are:
Head priest Hirohisa, Kibune shrine priest Ikuhisa, assistant priest Norihisa (represented by Takeyasu due to young age), attendants, 5th group Shizuji, 7th group Yasuaki, 8th group Yasutaka, etc. The recognition ceremony was assigned to Sakaiya Jinbee as before.

1. Regarding the Kibune Shrine temporary relocation matter, for the delivery of the imperial edict, Kataoka shrine priest Yoshihisa appeared as representative of Kibune shrine priest Ikuhisa (serving as proxy due to ritual seclusion), wearing hunting dress and accompanied by colleagues and attendants. At the Hour of the Dragon, he received the sacred spear from Imperial Messenger Kushige Dainagon-dono and went to pay respects to Magistrate Hinnonishi Ben-dono. The colleagues and attendants were sent from the shrine collective.
