替々可被扣 遷御之節提灯之火ヲ被消候事又被
点候事も馳走人ゟ警固方へ案内之事

尤両人共狩衣ニ而案内町廻り之節ハ十楽寺之門ゟ

一上卿弁次宮之御馳走人御薗口ゟ閑路御案内休所御入
御休所ニ被相詰初度御参陰陽寮二度之御参外記
三度之御参ニ而勅使御参向御前へ御案内之事
一両局以下馳走人休所ニ被相詰挨拶等御参之節物語
可有之事刻限社頭へ案内之事
右於寄会之席被差上候也

一、御所司役人の接待方 兼堅
右の役人が入来の際は御薗口から聖神寺へ案内し、贈り物は総奉行が持参する
一、勅使御進前係りへ相談の上、社頭へ案内し、楼門の内で交替で控えること。遷御の際には提灯の火を消すこと、また点灯することも接待人から警固方へ案内すること。
御退出の後の退下の案内、見送り等は通例の通り
兼茂
一、町廻りの接待方 和清
出向くこと前の通り、社辺の町廻りの案内があること。休所神宮寺での遷御の際は社辺の廻りを心得ておくこと。なお打ち合わせのこと。
もっとも両人共に狩衣にて案内し、町廻りの際は十楽寺の門から仲間は麻の上下にて案内を致すこと
一、上卿・弁・次宮の御接待人は御薗口から静かな道を御案内し、休所へ御入り。休所に詰めて、初度の御参は陰陽寮、二度の御参は外記、三度の御参にて勅使が御参向の際は御前へ御案内すること
一、両局以下の接待人は休所に詰めて挨拶等、御参の際は物語があること。時刻になれば社頭へ案内すること
右は寄会の席において差し上げられた
一、係りから申し上げた神宝拝見の儀は来る十五日に行うべきではないかと御意を得たこと
評議により十五日の巳の刻から未の刻まで治定。もっとも例の箇所へ触れを出すことに決定

When the above officials arrive, they shall be guided from Misonoguchi to Shojin Temple, with gifts carried by the chief administrator.
1. After consultation with the imperial envoy's advance party, guide them to the shrine precincts and have them wait in turns within the temple gate. During the divine procession, the lantern fires shall be extinguished, and when they are to be lit again, the reception staff shall inform the security personnel.
After the imperial departure, guidance for withdrawal and seeing off shall be as usual.
Kaneshige
1. Reception for town patrol Wasei
Go out as before, and provide guidance for the town patrol around the shrine area. During the divine procession at the rest station Jingu Temple, be mindful of the area around the shrine. Coordinate accordingly.
Both persons shall provide guidance in hunting robes, and during town patrols, from the gate of Jurakuji Temple, companions shall provide guidance in hemp formal wear.
1. The reception staff for the senior courtiers, controllers, and deputy shrine officials shall guide them quietly from Misonoguchi to the rest station for their entry. Stationed at the rest station: for the first visit by the Bureau of Divination, for the second visit by the secretaries, and for the third visit when the imperial envoy comes to worship, guide them before the sacred presence.
1. Reception staff for both bureaus and below shall be stationed at the rest station for greetings, and during visits there shall be conversations. At the appointed time, guide them to the shrine precincts.
The above was presented at the assembly meeting.
1. Regarding the viewing of sacred treasures mentioned by the officials, it was decided to seek imperial approval for conducting this on the 15th day.
By council decision, it was fixed from the hour of the Snake to the hour of the Sheep on the 15th. Notifications shall be sent to the usual places as decided.
