御書付被相渡之右写追而御国高札場江相掲之
条々
一 毒薬并にせ薬種売買之儀弥堅制禁之
若於商売仕者可被行罪科たとひ同類たりと
いふとも訴人に出ル輩ハ急度御褒美可被下事
一 似せ金銀売買一切可為停止自然持参ニおゐてハ
両替屋ニ而打つふし其主に可返之并はつしの
金銀似せ金銀ハ金座銀座江遣し可相改事
附似せ物すへからさる事
一 寛永之新銭金子壱両ニ四貫文勿論壱分ニハ
壱貫文御料私領共に年貢収納等ニも御定之
員数たるへき事
一 新銭之儀いつれの所ニ而も 御免なくして一円
不可鋳出之若違犯之輩有之者可為罪科事
附悪銭似銭古銭此外撰へからさる事
一 新作之慥ならさる物商売致すへからさる事
一 諸色の商売或一所に買置しめうり或申合
高直ニ致すへからさる事

書付が渡され、その写しを後に国内の高札場に掲示した。
条々
一、毒薬並びに偽薬の売買について、いよいよ堅く制禁する。
もし商売を行う者があれば罪科に処すべきである。たとえ同類であっても、訴え出る者には必ず褒美を下されること。
一、偽金銀の売買は一切停止すべきである。もし持参した場合は、両替屋で打ち潰してその主人に返すこと。並びに鉢子の金銀、偽金銀は金座銀座に送って改めるべきこと。
付け加えて、偽物はすべからく作ってはならないこと。
一、寛永の新銭は金子一両に四貫文、もちろん一分には一貫文。御料・私領ともに年貢収納等にも御定めの員数であるべきこと。
一、新銭については、いずれの所でも御免なくして一円鋳造してはならない。もし違犯する者があれば罪科とすべきこと。
付け加えて、悪銭・似銭・古銭その他を選別してはならないこと。
一、新作の確かでない物を商売してはならないこと。
一、諸色の商売で、ある一か所で買い置きして売り惜しみをしたり、申し合わせて高値にしてはならないこと。

A written directive was issued, and copies were later posted at public notice boards throughout the domain.
Articles:
1. Regarding the sale of poison and counterfeit medicines, these are strictly prohibited.
Anyone engaging in such commerce shall be punished. Even if they are accomplices, those who report such activities will certainly receive rewards.
1. The buying and selling of counterfeit gold and silver shall be completely prohibited. If such items are brought forward, money changers shall destroy them and return [the materials] to their owners. Additionally, debased gold and silver, and counterfeit gold and silver shall be sent to the gold and silver mints for inspection.
Note: Counterfeit items must not be manufactured at all.
1. Regarding Kan'ei new coins, one ryō of gold equals 4,000 mon, and naturally one bu equals 1,000 mon. For both shogunal and private domains, these shall be the established rates for tax collection and other purposes.
1. Regarding new coins, they shall not be minted anywhere without official permission. Those who violate this shall be punished.
Note: Bad coins, imitation coins, old coins, and others must not be sorted [for preferential use].
1. Unreliable newly-made goods shall not be sold.
1. In the commerce of various goods, one must not buy and hoard in one location for speculation, nor conspire to raise prices.
