一 同月晦日先達而《割書：正月｜廿二日》被 仰出有之候ニ付今度御国許ゟ相廻候
御家中之者先祖江 公辺ゟ致頂戴候御感状并御書共写
相添御褒美被下候書付共御使者狛十大夫《割書：雅｜陣》《割書：御留守居荒川｜善右衛門同道》を以
御老中阿部豊後守《割書：正｜武》殿江被指出之
但右御感状并御書共別記ニ有之ニ付此ニ不記之
一 四月七日 鶴姫君様紀伊中将《割書：綱｜教》様江来春御入輿之儀被
仰出候ニ付為御祝儀御老中江御使者御物頭被指出之
一 同月十一日狛十大夫《割書：雅｜陣》瀧主計《割書：明｜矩》儀斎藤民部《割書：定｜之》松平庄兵衛《割書：正｜恒》
同様御家老連判可致旨被 仰付三百石ニ宛御加増被下

公方様御痛所有之表 出御無之ニ付 御機嫌為御伺
御大老并御用番江御使者御留守居被指出之
但右同断ニ付廿一日迄毎日御使者被指出之
現代語訳
御機嫌をお慰めするため、松平庄兵衛正恒に御小袖一着と御羽織一着を、狛十大夫雅陣に御小袖一着を下賜された。野治汝謙宗益には銀十枚を下賜された。
一、三月二十三日 御老中戸田山城守忠昌殿より御呼び出しがあり、御留守居荒川善右衛門正武が参上したところ、御先代がご頂戴になった御朱印に写しを添えて提出するようにとの旨を御書付をもって申し渡された。
一、同月晦日 先だって（正月二十二日）仰せ出されたことにより、今度御国許から回送してきた御家中の者の先祖が公辺より頂戴した御感状並びに御書等の写しを添えて御褒美を下された書付等を、御使者狛十大夫雅陣（御留守居荒川善右衛門同道）をもって御老中阿部豊後守正武殿へ提出された。
ただし右の御感状並びに御書等は別記にあるため、ここには記さない。
一、四月七日 鶴姫君様が紀伊中将綱教様へ来春御入輿の儀が仰せ出されたため、御祝儀として御老中へ御使者御物頭を派遣された。
一、同月十一日 狛十大夫雅陣、瀧主計明矩、斎藤民部定之、松平庄兵衛正恒らに、同様に御家老連判を行うよう仰せ付けられ、三百石ずつ御加増を下賜された。
一、同月十五日 公方様に御痛所があり、出御がないため、御機嫌伺いとして御大老並びに御用番へ御使者御留守居を派遣された。
ただし右と同じ理由により二十一日まで毎日御使者を派遣された。
英語訳
To console His Lordship's spirits, kosode robes and haori jackets were bestowed upon Matsudaira Shōbei Masatsune (one kosode and one haori), and Koma Jūdayū Masayoshi (one kosode). Ten pieces of silver were bestowed upon Noji Naritaka Sōeki.
1. March 23rd: Senior Councilor Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa summoned the keeper of the Edo residence, Arakawa Zenemon Masatake, who appeared and was instructed through a written directive to submit copies along with the vermillion seal documents that the previous lord had received.
1. Last day of the same month: Following the directive issued earlier (on January 22nd), documents were submitted including copies of commendation letters and documents that ancestors of retainers had received from the government, along with reward documents, sent from the domain. These were presented to Senior Councilor Abe Bungo-no-kami Masatake through envoy Koma Jūdayū Masayoshi (accompanied by keeper of Edo residence Arakawa Zenemon).
Note: The aforementioned commendation letters and documents are recorded separately and thus not recorded here.
1. April 7th: It was announced that Princess Tsuru would enter the household of Kii Chūjō Tsunanori next spring. In celebration, an envoy and military commander were sent to the Senior Councilors.
1. April 11th: Koma Jūdayū Masayoshi, Taki Kazue Akinori, Saitō Minbu Sadayuki, and Matsudaira Shōbei Masatsune were ordered to jointly sign as senior retainers in the same manner, and each was granted an increase of 300 koku.
1. April 15th: The Shogun had some ailment and did not appear in public, so envoys and keepers of the residence were sent to the Great Elder and duty officers to inquire about his health.
Note: For the same reason, envoys were sent daily until the 21st.
