一、同日 万姫様が森大内記長継殿の御屋敷へお越しになり御滞留された（同月二十六日に御帰館）。
一、四月二十二日 公方様の御痛所が御平癒になったため、御機嫌伺いは不要との旨が仰せ出された（昨二十一日）ことにより、御歓びのため御大老、御用番並びに御側御用人へ御使者御使番を派遣された。
ただし諸大名中には直勤する者もいたが、御病気のため御使者を派遣された。
一、同月二十五日 御使者をもって例の通り御国産の初鯖を献上された。
一、同月二十六日 公方様の御痛所が全く御平癒され御表へ出御されたため、御歓びのため御大老、御老中、御側御用人へ御使者酒井孫四郎元宣を派遣された。
ただし諸大名中には直勤する者もいたが、御病気のため御使者を派遣された。
一、同日 先だって（三月二十三日）の御老中戸田山城守忠昌殿の御指図により、御先代がご頂戴になった御判物に写しを添えて、御使者御家老本多左兵衛道重（御留守居荒川善右衛門同道）をもって御奏者番土屋相模守政直殿へ提出された（昨二十五日相模守殿より申し来た）。御受取、御披見の上、写しは御留め置きになり、御本紙は返却された。
一、五月三日 端午の御祝儀のため、御使者をもって例の通り御帷子、御単、御袷を献上された。

1. Same day: Princess Man visited the residence of Mori Dainaiiki Nagatsugu and stayed there (returned to the main residence on the 26th of the same month).
1. April 22nd: Since the Shogun's ailment had recovered, it was announced (yesterday, the 21st) that inquiries about his health were no longer necessary. In celebration, envoys and messengers were sent to the Great Elder, duty officers, and chamberlains.
Note: Although some daimyo attended directly, envoys were sent due to the illness.
1. April 25th: The first mackerel of the domain's seasonal products was presented as usual through an envoy.
1. April 26th: Since the Shogun's ailment had completely healed and he appeared in the outer quarters, envoy Sakai Magoshirō Motonobu was sent to the Great Elder, Senior Councilors, and chamberlains in celebration.

Same day: Following the earlier instructions (March 23rd) from Senior Councilor Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa, copies were attached to the official documents that the previous lord had received, and these were submitted to Master of Ceremonies Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao through envoy and senior retainer Honda Sahyōe Michishige (accompanied by keeper of the residence Arakawa Zenemon) (as requested by Sagami-no-kami yesterday, the 25th). After receiving and reviewing them, the copies were retained and the original documents were returned.
1. May 3rd: For the Boys' Day celebration, summer robes (katabira), unlined garments (hitoe), and lined garments (awase) were presented as usual through an envoy.
