江刺郡野手崎村・志田郡大幡村において、

これを行い訖（おわ）んぬ。《割書：目録は別紙にあり》全て領納せしむべきなり。
よって状、件の如し。

Concerning Notezaki Village in Esashi District and Ōhata Village in Shida District:
The combined total of 137 kan 94 mon from the aforementioned two villages shall be granted to you without any discrepancy, in accordance with the terms previously bestowed upon your father, Nakatsukasa. *(Note: The itemized list is on a separate document.)* You are to receive and administer the full amount.
This letter is issued accordingly.
