一 寛政六寅年三月親願之通初而之御目見
被仰付候事
一 文化五辰年正月親為介添蝦夷地宗谷へ罷
越候
但出陣之節於大書院 御目見之上御暇被下於小書
院御流被下其後於大書院御酒被下候事
一 同年十一月親一同帰着仕候処於大書院旅服之
儘 御目見被 仰付候
但若松着之前宿ニ而御酒肴被下置候事
一 同六巳年八月蝦夷地警固御用ニ付為介添罷
越甲士へ加り御備組へ入諸役をも相勤候ニ付綿三
把被下置候事
一 同十酉年十二月忠右衛門与改名仕度段被任
願候事
一 同十四丑年九月家督御知行三百石無御
相違被下置御家老附外様士被 仰出壱番組へ

一 寛政6年寅年3月 親の願いの通り初めてのお目見えを仰せ付けられた件
一 文化5年辰年正月 親の介添として蝦夷地宗谷へ赴いた
ただし出陣の際に大書院においてお目見えの上でお暇を下され、小書院で
お流しを下され、その後大書院でお酒を下された件
一 同年11月 親と一緒に帰着したところ、大書院において旅服のまま
お目見えを仰せ付けられた
ただし若松到着の前の宿で酒肴を下し置かれた件
一 同6年巳年8月 蝦夷地警固用のため介添として赴き
甲士に加わり御備組に入り諸役をも務めたため綿3把を
下し置かれた件
一 同10年酉年12月 忠右衛門と改名したい旨を
願い出て許可された件
一 同14年丑年9月 家督として御知行300石を
相違なく下し置かれ、御家老付外様士を仰せ出され1番組へ

Daughter of Soma Chūzaemon Shigetaka - born on the 19th day of the 8th month of Kansei 2 (1790)
One: In the 3rd month of Kansei 6 (1794), he was granted his first audience as requested by his father.
One: In the 1st month of Bunka 5 (1808), he accompanied his father as an attendant to Soya in Ezo (Hokkaido).
However, at the time of departure, he was granted an audience at the Ōshoin, given leave, served sake at the Koshoin, and then served sake at the Ōshoin.
One: In the 11th month of the same year, when he returned with his father, he was granted an audience at the Ōshoin while still in traveling clothes.
However, sake and delicacies were provided at the lodging before arriving in Wakamatsu.
One: In the 8th month of the 6th year (Bunka 6, 1809), he went as an attendant for Ezo guard duty, joined the armored warriors, entered the guard unit, and performed various duties, for which he was granted three bundles of cotton.
One: In the 12th month of the 10th year (Bunka 10, 1813), his request to change his name to Chūuemon was granted.
One: In the 9th month of the 14th year (Bunka 14, 1817), he inherited the family headship with a fief of 300 koku without change, was appointed as an external retainer attached to the chief retainer, and assigned to the 1st unit.
