一、御造営について仰せ出されました趣旨について、若役への口触れがございます。
付記：惣老若（そうろうじゃく）の参会がございます。崇敬を成すべきところ、不参の者は立会から除外されます。
御造営の件について申し伝える義でございましょうか。
十八日
一、御造営につき、明日より帯刀しての往来の件について、なお書付を以って
触れを出すべきところ、子供、下男、下女に至るまでも、よくよく
申し付けるよう口触れいたします。

1. Regarding the sacred reconstruction that has been ordered, there is an oral directive for the junior officials.
Addendum: There will be a gathering of all senior and junior members. Those who fail to attend out of reverence will be excluded from participation.
This concerns the matter of conveying information about the sacred reconstruction.
18th Day
1. Regarding the sacred reconstruction, concerning the matter of wearing swords while coming and going from tomorrow onwards, a written notice
shall be issued. An oral directive states that this should be thoroughly
communicated even to children, male servants, and female servants.
