一今度就御造営御修復奉行中当地
止宿有之御造営中は奉行衆棟梁
其外普請方之者共参候間馬場表は
勿論在所之内に而も不法之躰に而往来
無用之事若年之衆中并小児迄も可被
申聞且召使之者共へは主人より可被

申渡候拾六才以上は仮令雖為近所
往来帯刀可有之事
一当番之詞官依輪番自巳刻未刻
迄社頭へ可被相詰日供献進之日は

十九日触書到来
覚
一、今度の御造営に就いて、御修復奉行中が当地に
宿泊しております。御造営中は奉行衆、棟梁、
その他普請方の者共が参りますので、馬場表は
もちろん、在所の内においても不法な体での往来は
無用のこと。若年の衆中並びに小児に至るまでも
申し聞かせるべきであり、かつ召使いの者共へは主人より

申し渡すべきです。十六才以上は、たとえ近所といえども
往来には帯刀すべきこと。
一、当番の詞官は輪番により、巳の刻より未の刻
まで社頭へ詰めるべきであり、日供献進の日は
衣冠を着用すべきこと。

一、社頭勤番の輩は、格別の社用筋、病気、

Memorandum
1. Regarding the current sacred reconstruction, the restoration magistrates are
lodging in this locality. During the sacred reconstruction, magistrates, master carpenters,
and other construction workers will be coming, so improper conduct while traveling
in the training ground area and, of course, within the territory is
forbidden. This should be communicated even to young people and children,
and masters should inform their servants.

Those sixteen years and older must wear swords when traveling,
even if just to nearby places.
1. The attending priests (shikan) shall, according to rotation, remain posted
at the shrine grounds from the Hour of the Snake to the Hour of the Sheep,
and on days of daily offerings, they shall wear ceremonial court dress.
(Regarding when this takes effect, further notice will be given later, but for now this is communicated for preliminary understanding)
1. Those on duty at the shrine grounds, except for special shrine business, illness,
or other matters, should attend in person, and even substitutes must wear proper attire
