之処指支之儀出来舎弟容顕へ被譲処右
容顕も病中難諾由ニ而今朝容敬顕入来儀ニ私宅

当社参向未刻過路次狩衣唯今参向之由
社中へ告時に太鼓社司参向《割書:衣冠但単随意云々氏人|随意参詣浄衣指貫》
相揃内々使に告亮寿行敬束帯参向云々事畢而
於庁屋饗応之献《割書:昆布鮑|一ツ物?》《割書:亨雑|》次に録太刀馬
代壱〆文亮寿五百文行敬三百文使部
給之私宅茶用意申付置見舞入来之輩

休所は私宅。兼ねてより紀伊介詳顕宅に亮寿が相談を
持ちかけたところ、差し支えることが出来して、舎弟容顕へ譲られたところ、右の
容顕も病中で承諾し難いとのことで、今朝容敬顕が入来の儀について私宅に

当社参向は未刻過ぎ。路次狩衣でただ今参向の由を

1. Imperial Messenger for Wood Construction Beginning Ceremony《Margin note: Yamana|》Right Minister Miyoshi Ryōju, Deputy Envoy
Retainer Aoki Saheiji Gyōkei, Messenger Iwasa Hyōgo arrived.
The resting place was my private residence. Previously, Ryōju had consulted
with Kii-no-suke Shōken's residence, but difficulties arose and it was transferred to his younger brother Yōken. However,
Yōken was also ill and could not accept, so this morning Yōkei-ken came to my private residence

to make the request. Although not an official shrine duty, after completing the lower shrine ritual,
he arrived at our shrine after the hour of the Sheep. When it was announced to the shrine community
that he had just arrived in traveling court dress, drums were beaten. The shrine priests arrived《Margin note: Court dress but simple, at discretion, etc. Clan members|voluntary worship in purified clothes and hakama》
All assembled and privately informed the messenger. After Ryōju and Gyōkei arrived in full court dress, etc.,
at the administrative building, a banquet offering was made《Margin note: kelp, abalone|single item?》《Margin note: various dishes|》followed by records, sword and horse
fee of 1000 mon, Ryōju 500 mon, Gyōkei 300 mon, given to
the messenger's retinue. Tea preparations were ordered at my private residence for those who came to pay respects:

After this, Ryōju told stories, which are recorded here. Naritaka was on palace duty.
