一 同日今度致出陣候ニ付内藤源助方北原采女方
番頭三人一同大書院江致列坐誓約血判相
遂候事
一 同月今度蝦夷地江罷越候ニ付
寿鳳院様ゟ勝雄節并八丈嶋胴衣頂戴被
仰付外ニ御守札被下
蓮受院様ゟ御守札被下置候事
一 同月今度蝦夷地江罷越候者一同武運ニ叶ひ
病難等無之様上野御宮増上寺
台徳院様御霊前ニ而格別ニ重御祈祷御頼被成
御宮之御礼増上寺黒本尊之御守頂戴被 仰付候

一 同月九日隊下之者召連若松致首途候ニ付
欽文様太鼓御門大番所江御出被遊御見送被成
下候
但今夕猪苗代操込之節前廉御沙汰ニ付
隊下一同見祢山 御社江参拝仕御神酒
打鮑勝栗昆布之御神供頂戴いたし格別ニ
武運冥助之御祈祷被 仰付勝軍守護
現代語訳
御肴を下賜され、御次において御酒を頂戴いたしました。
一 同日、今度出陣することについて、内藤源助方、北原采女方、番頭三人が一同で大書院において列座し、誓約血判を行いました。
一 同月、今度蝦夷地へ向かうことについて、
寿鳳院様より勝雄節ならびに八丈島胴衣を頂戴し、その他に御守札を下賜されました。
蓮受院様より御守札を下賜されました。
一 同月、今度蝦夷地へ向かう者一同が武運に恵まれ、病気や災難等がないよう、上野御宮（寛永寺）と増上寺の台徳院様御霊前において格別に重要な御祈祷をお願いになり、御宮の御礼として増上寺黒本尊の御守を頂戴いたしました。
一 同月九日、隊下の者を召し連れて若松を出発することについて、欽文様が太鼓御門大番所へお出でになり、御見送りをしてくださいました。
なお、今夕猪苗代で演習を行う際、前例の御沙汰により、隊下一同で見祢山御社へ参拝し、御神酒・打鮑・勝栗・昆布の御神供を頂戴し、格別に武運冥助の御祈祷をしていただき、勝軍守護

- In the same month, so that all those going to Ezo would be blessed with military fortune and suffer no illness or disasters, special intensive prayers were requested at Ueno Imperial Shrine (Kan'ei-ji) and Zojo-ji Temple before the spirit of Taitokuin-sama. As gratitude to the shrine, I received a protective amulet from the Black Honzon of Zojo-ji Temple.
- On the 9th of the same month, when departing Wakamatsu with subordinates in tow, Kinbun-sama came out to the Taiko Gate guard station and graciously saw us off.
Additionally, when conducting maneuvers at Inawashiro this evening, following previous precedent and orders, all subordinates visited Mineyama Shrine for worship, received sacred sake, dried abalone, victory chestnuts, and kelp as divine offerings, and received special prayers for divine military assistance and victory protection.
