江刺郡菅生村之内弐拾貫文
令加増之前々之知行合百貫文
《割書：目録在｜別紙》全可有領知仍如件

現代語訳

江刺郡菅生村のうち二十貫文分
加増を命ずる。以前からの知行と合わせて百貫文
《割書：目録は別紙にあり》全て領知すべし。よって証状を発する。

英語訳

Twenty kan-mon worth [of land] within Sugao Village, Esashi District
[I] order an increase [in stipend]. Combined with previous landholdings, [this makes] one hundred kan-mon in total.
<<Marginal note: Inventory is on separate paper>> [You] shall hold dominion over all [of this]. Therefore [I issue this] as testimony.
