【右丁】
一 同月、猪苗代須川野村端郷の長吉という者が山犬に噛まれたため、療治するよう仰せ付けられ、出向いて療治の上、全快させた。
一 同年十二月、医術に志が深く、金瘡（刀傷）や犬毒の療治について、遠方まで出向いて伝授を受け、あれこれと心を尽くし、数多くの奇功もあったため、御合力米として年に二十俵ずつ下され、御合力医師席にて御目見を仰せ付けられた。

一 同三年（寅年）八月、臨時の製法並びに焼酎の備え方を仰せ付けられ、かつ金瘡療治の良法も心得ているため、緊急時はもちろん、追鳥狩（鷹狩り）の節にも出向くよう仰せ付けられた。
一 同四年（卯年）七月、加藤式部様の御家の御法である切疵で筋骨に達する薬ということで、その薬法を製するよう仰せ付けられた。
