一 同年十ニ月相州常詰御医師被
召出拾人扶持被下置内三人扶持
御役料 被下置候事
一 同八《割書：未》年三月重療幷犬毒鼠
毒之療治万 先年得伝来広療
治いたし右薬法之儀ハ一子相伝之
由ニ候処此度格別之御取立者以相州
常詰被 仰付候ニ付而ハ御国元《振り仮名： ｜江｜◦》も
右伝来相残置度よしニて薬法共

右ニ付而ハ御備之製薬出来御費も

一 同年十二月、相州常詰の御医師に召し出され、十人扶持を下し置かれ、内三人扶持は御役料として下し置かれた事
一 同八年三月、重病治療並びに犬毒・鼠毒の治療法について、先年より伝承を得て広く治療を行い、右の薬法については一子相伝であったところ、この度格別の御取り立てにより相州常詰を仰せ付けられたことに付いては、御国元にも右の伝承を残し置きたいとのことで、薬法共に

治療方の次第を百崎養軒に皆伝した。これに付いては御備えの製薬ができ、御費用もかからないよう養軒に申し伝えた奇特な儀に付き、御褒美として御内々に綿三把を下し置かれた事
一 同十年十二月、相州御陣屋については風土も違うところであるが治療方に精を出したことに付き、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれた事

the procedures of treatment methods completely to Momozaki Yōken. Regarding this matter, since he instructed Yōken so that military medical supplies could be prepared without expense to the domain, this being a meritorious act, as a reward he was privately granted three bundles of cotton.
- In December of the 10th year, regarding the Sagami military camp, although the climate was different, since he devoted himself diligently to medical treatment, as a reward he was granted two bundles of cotton.
- In October of the 11th year, he was reassigned to Misaki duty.
