一月番池上庄太郎が民政局へ
出向いたところ、池田久蔵殿のお取り次ぎで
この度信濃全国楮幣引換所の
北原理左衛門、池上金左衛門、池上庄太郎
三人に任命された旨のお達しがあった。
取り扱い方については追々お達しがあるとのことを
申し渡された。

Monthly duty officer Ikegami Shotaro went to
the Civil Administration Bureau, where through the intermediation of Mr. Ikeda Kyuzo,
it was announced that for this occasion, the three men—
Kitahara Risaemon, Ikegami Kinzaemon, and Ikegami Shotaro—
have been appointed to the Shinano Province-wide Paper Currency Exchange Office.
It was conveyed that instructions regarding
operational procedures would be issued in due course.
