（十郎に）御知行八百石を仰せ付けられ、御一家としての格式もこれまでと変わらず仰せ付けられ、右の中務の娘と婚姻を結び（家を）相続するよう仰せ付けられた旨、御意（上位者のご意向）である。

(Jūrō is) hereby granted a stipend of 800 koku, and is to be appointed with the same status as an御一家 (go-ichike, a related house of the domain lord) as before, and it is His Lord's will that he shall marry the daughter of the aforementioned Nakatsukasa and succeed to (the family).
