一 同年十二月、出精して勤めたことにより、重き儀ではあるが、独礼に仰せ付けられた。
一 天明二（寅）年十二月、御内御用を滞りなく勤めたことにより、御褒美として御内々に金二百疋を下し置かれた。
一 同三（卯）年十月十六日、五十六歳にて病死。

One entry (continued from previous): Upon completion and presentation of the cord for the ceremonial headwear (*kan no o*), sake was bestowed upon him.
One entry: In the twelfth month of the same year, in recognition of his diligent service, and though it was a matter of great significance, he was granted the rank of *dokurei* (the privilege of a private audience with the lord).
One entry: In the twelfth month of Tenmei 2 (Year of the Tiger), in recognition of his unimpeded service in private duties for the lord, he was privately awarded a bonus of 200 *hiki* in gold as a mark of commendation.
One entry: On the sixteenth day of the tenth month of the following year (Year of the Hare, Tenmei 3), he died of illness at the age of fifty-six.
Posthumous Buddhist name: Yūgen-in Ryōtatsu Shinji. Burial place: same as above (as previously noted).

She was summoned to serve as a lady-in-waiting (*osoba jochū*) to Rin'kō-in-sama, and accompanied the lady as an attendant (*o-tsuke*) for the wedding to Lord Inaba Tango-no-kami-sama. When Lord Inaba was appointed *wakadoshiyori* (Junior Elder), she changed her name to "Okitsu." After the lord's passing, she was assigned as an attendant to the lord's adopted daughter, was appointed *rōjo* (senior lady-in-waiting), and accompanied that lady as an attendant for her wedding to Lord Arima Saheiji-no-suke-sama.
